Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead sales Teams for both residential and commercial projects across assigned locations.
Candidates with the Experience in Real Estate Sales ONLY CAN APPLY
Manage end-to-end sales lifecycle: inquiries, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, brokers, and consultants.
Identify new sales opportunities and market trends to optimize business growth.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure project visibility and smooth client onboarding.
Maintain regular reports and sales forecasts for management review.
Ensure timely collection of payments and assist in documentation as required.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 8 years of experience in real estate sales (both commercial & residential projects).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
Ability to lead and mentor a small team (preferred).
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred).
Willingness to travel within the city for site visits and client meetings.
