Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Lead sales Teams for both residential and commercial projects across assigned locations.
  • Candidates with the Experience in Real Estate Sales ONLY CAN APPLY
  • Manage end-to-end sales lifecycle: inquiries, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, brokers, and consultants.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and market trends to optimize business growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure project visibility and smooth client onboarding.
  • Maintain regular reports and sales forecasts for management review.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and assist in documentation as required.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in real estate sales (both commercial & residential projects).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a small team (preferred).
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel within the city for site visits and client meetings.
