Sales Manager – Chemicals (Papermaking / Pesticides / Coatings / Water Treatment)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth in the papermaking, pesticides, coatings, and water treatment chemical sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in chemical sales and a deep understanding of these downstream industries.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement overseas market sales plans to achieve annual targets.
• Identify and acquire new customers through industry exhibitions, online research, and direct client visits.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to increase market share.
• Analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to develop targeted sales strategies.
• Provide technical sales support for paper auxiliaries and related products.
• Maintain detailed customer records, follow up on requirements, and ensure smooth order execution.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and legal teams to fulfill orders and manage receivables.
• Submit regular sales reports, market analyses, and competitor insights to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, International Trade, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of overseas sales experience in papermaking, pesticides, coatings, or water treatment chemicals.
• Strong knowledge of chemical product sales cycles and distribution channels.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to handle negotiations, technical documentation, and client communication independently.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30.91 - ₹37.22 per hour
