Sales Manager : Off role on profit sharing basis , If you are good at sales then sky is the limit . your income is directly proportional to how much sales you do 1. The sales manager has to Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth flow of purchase orders and deliveries.  2. The sales Coordinator has to make sure the sales targets are met and or exceeded by the sales team.  3. Sales Manager has to make sure the sales team communicates well with the clients and makes sure the clients know about our USP's.  4. The sales manager has to keep sales team morale high and prevent confusion.  5. The sales Manager has to make sure the sales team is properly monitored and assessed on a biweekly basis.   6. The Sales manager is fully accountable for the success or failure of the sales team.  7. The Sales manager has to improve efficiency and hasten the sample approval process. 8. The sales manager has to make sure the sales team is fully equipped with the right knowledge and knows the right words to convince the client.  9. The sales manager has to know how to convince the client at every stage of the order process.  10. The sales manager has to report directly and correctly to management on an everyday basis.  11. The sales manager has to meet all clients before the delivery of goods begins.  12. The sales manager has to visit the client site physically in person before delivery begins.  13. The sales manager has to be on good terms with the client at all times.  14. The sales manager has to ensure the smooth flow of 3 new clients per salesman per month.  15. The sales manager has to ensure the salesman are punctual and value the client's as well as the time of management.  16. The sales manager has to be responsible for improving the attitude and performance of the sales team.  17. New ideas for marketing and sales are a core KRA for the Sales Manager.  18. The sales manager has to be presentable at all times and keep himself in good health.
