Sales Manager - Central America

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a solid background in the frozen foods industry and well-established connections within the Central America market. The primary focus of this role is to promote our commercial refrigeration and appliances, including freezers, chillers, and vaccine ILRs. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding market share, boosting revenue, and fostering growth in strategic Central American regions. Responsibilities: - Identify and seize opportunities to promote and develop products throughout the Central America region. - Conduct comprehensive research on the Central America frozen foods market to gain insights into regional trends, competitive landscape, and demand variations. - Strengthen and broaden the company's market presence within vital retail, foodservice, and distribution channels. - Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in the foodservice industry, retail sector, and distribution networks. - Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance, market dynamics, and customer feedback to senior management. Skills Required: - Demonstrated success in sales management and business development within countries like Costa Rica, Panama, Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador. - Proficiency in negotiation, networking, and relationship-building. - Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to formulate effective strategies. - Excellent communication skills with fluency in Spanish and English. - Willingness to travel frequently across the Central American region.
