You will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring that business targets are met for Retail loan products by aggressively increasing sales numbers and enhancing client relationships through cross-selling. Your main focus will be on retaining and expanding the customer base to encourage repeat business and referrals. To achieve maximum sales, you will need to leverage your network and relationships effectively. Building and maintaining strong liaisons with clients is crucial for generating repeat business and referrals. You will be required to ensure that all files are processed efficiently, from the initial stage to disbursement, by coordinating with internal departments such as Operations and Credit. Managing a team of relationship managers will be essential to optimize productivity and achieve team results, ultimately meeting the business targets and enhancing the area's profitability. Collaborating with the team on lead generation activities and providing appropriate training, motivation, and deployment strategies will be part of your role. Staying informed about market trends and competitor intelligence will enable you to develop effective sales and marketing strategies. Your feedback on markets, competition, processes, and products will be valuable for the central product and policy team to stay ahead in the market. Ensuring compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations, processes, policies, and reports is essential to maintain the company's standards. A Post Graduate/Graduate degree in any discipline is required for this role.,
