Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Sales Manager with 4 to 10 years of experience to lead our building material sales team in Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, and Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Drive business growth by identifying and selling prospects, and maintaining relationships with clients.
Monitor competitor activity and develop strategies to stay ahead in the market.
Build and maintain a strong network with contractors, builders, HNI clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
Generate business and follow up on payments from clients.
Establish and enforce organizational standards to ensure quality service delivery.
Conduct technical and commercial meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Prepare BOQ specifications, proposals, and proforma invoices, and identify upcoming projects to specify our products in project BOQs.
Perform competitive intelligence in the local market to improve understanding of both local and global competitors and follow up with existing clients.

Job Requirements

Experience in the construction chemical and building material industry is required.
Possess good relations with builders, architects, and contractors.
Demonstrate experience in project sales and possess good communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong negotiation and closing skills are essential.
Familiarity with Marbles Sale, Stone Sale, Chemical Sale, and other relevant industries is preferred.
