Sales Manager - Business Loans

As a Business Relationship Manager, your main role is to ensure stability of income from existing clients while also exploring opportunities for new income generation. You will be expected to add value to clients and maintain a competitive edge by structuring and implementing innovative deals in working capital, term loans, and project finance. Your responsibilities include: - Using your credit knowledge and understanding of various products for deal structuring - Maintaining relationships with business banking to source new business - Managing customer relationships to increase the book size - Overseeing trade finance and general operations for cash management services, focusing on the working capital cycle of the company Your deliverables will involve acquiring and retaining business loan clients for the organization, performing various financing activities based on customer requirements, and achieving individual targets to grow account profitability. You are expected to handle products such as working capital, term loans, project finance, and unsecured business loans, with a focus on retail business loans clients up to a portfolio size of 20 crores. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and competencies: - Ability to negotiate deals and interact effectively with individuals at various organizational levels and external environments - Strong sales and relationship management skills - Capability to identify key issues in complex problems and make informed decisions - Understanding of processes and the ability to implement system changes for improved performance - Credit knowledge to assess a company's financials, including factors like loss, credit rating, and profit after tax (PAT) Ideally, you should hold a post-graduate degree with 3-5 years of relevant work experience, including prior experience in channel management for similar products.
