Job Description

As a Business Relationship Manager, your role involves ensuring the stability of income from existing clients and exploring opportunities for new income generation. You will be responsible for adding value to clients by structuring and implementing innovative deals in working capital, term loan, and project finance. Your credit knowledge and understanding of various products will be crucial for deal structuring. Additionally, maintaining relationships with business banking to originate business and managing customer relationships to increase the book size will be part of your responsibilities. Managing trade finance and general blog operation for cash management services will also be key tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure income stability from existing clients and explore new income generation avenues - Add value to clients by structuring innovative deals in working capital, term loan, and project finance - Utilize credit knowledge for deal structuring - Maintain relationships with business banking and manage customer relationships - Manage trade finance and general blog operation for cash management services Qualifications Required: - Post Graduate preferred with 3-5 years of relevant work experience - Prior experience in channel management for similar products In your role, you will be required to acquire and maintain business loans clients for the organization, perform various financing activities based on customer requirements, and achieve individual targets while ensuring high service standards and compliance. You will handle products such as working capital, term loan, project finance, and unsecured business loans, catering to retail business loan clients with up to a 20 crore portfolio size. Skills and Competencies: - Ability to negotiate deals and interact effectively with individuals at various organizational levels - Strong sales and relationship management skills - Proficiency in identifying key issues in complex problems and making effective decisions - Capability to understand processes and implement system changes for improved performance - Credit knowledge to assess company financials such as loss, rating, PAT, etc. This company values individuals who can bring innovative solutions to the table and are dedicated to client satisfaction and business growth.,
