As a Sales Manager at our company, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and achieve business targets for Retail loan products through cross-selling and enhancing client relationships. Your key responsibilities will include: - Aggressively driving sales numbers and achieving business targets - Retaining and expanding the company's customer base for retail loan products - Maximizing sales through strong networking and relationships - Developing and maintaining strong liaisons with clients - Ensuring smooth processing of files from login stage to disbursement - Managing the team of relationship managers effectively to assure achievement of team results - Aligning with the team on ground lead generation activities - Leading and supervising the team for the implementation of growth agenda - Keeping abreast of market trends and competitor intelligence - Providing feedback to the central product and policy team based on market understanding - Ensuring compliance with all Audit / RBI regulations, processes, policies, and reports Your qualifications should include a graduate degree in any discipline.
