As a Sales Manager in the Building Material industry focusing on Blocks and ALC Wall panels, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and developing strong customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include: - Building sales processes and infrastructure to support rapid growth. - Maintaining and developing strong relationships with customers. - Managing budget planning and forecasting to implement target sales strategies. - Utilizing key analysis insights and a team approach to drive organizational improvements in sales and marketing. - Collaborating with the senior team to refine the go-to-market strategy. - Working both independently and as a team player. - Creating sales and marketing plans and identifying market fit/segment. Qualifications and Experience Required: - Minimum 7 years of experience in the Building Material industry with a focus on products like Bison Panel, sandwich panels, boards, tile adhesive, putty, block fix, marble, granite, stone, pipes, and ceramic. - Minimum age requirement of 35 years. - Strong technical sales and marketing skills, along with excellent communication abilities.
