Sales Manager (Building Material - AAC Block)

As a Sales Manager in the Building Material industry focusing on Blocks and ALC Wall panels, your role will involve various key responsibilities and qualifications: Role Overview: You will be responsible for building the sales processes and infrastructure to support rapid growth in the Building Material industry. Your duties will include maintaining strong relationships with customers, managing budget planning and forecasting, leveraging key analysis insights for organizational improvements, refining the go-to-market strategy, and creating sales and marketing plans to identify market fit/segment. You will also be working both independently and as a team player.
