Role & respons

Drive
international field sales
and achieve business targets across the
USA jewelry market
.
Develop new
B2B relationships
with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors in the diamond jewelry segment.
Manage existing client accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Prepare and implement sales strategies to achieve
100% target achievement ratio
.
Represent the company at major jewelry trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
Collaborate with design, production, and logistics teams for smooth order execution and delivery.
Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback for market strategy improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum
10 years of experience
in
diamond jewelry international sales
, preferably with the
USA market
.
Proven record of
target achievement and quick sales conversion
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of jewelry export procedures and B2B client handling.
Result-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Willing to travel internationally as required.
Education: Graduate / MBA in Marketing, International Business, or related field preferred.
