Sales Manager - Bancassurance

You will be responsible for managing relationships with Axis Branch Sellers to meet targets through Banks FOS. Your main duties will include converting leads generated from branches into quality business, ensuring adherence to processes, coordinating with Cluster Manager and Operations HUB, and ensuring minimal customer complaints. Additionally, you will need to adhere to agreed TATs on first customer contact, maintain 15-month persistency, coordinate with Cluster Training Manager for staff training, activate branch banking sellers, and utilize LMS for tracking mechanisms. Key Responsibilities: - Manage relationships with Axis Branch Sellers to achieve sales targets through Banks FOS - Convert leads from branches into quality business - Adhere to processes and coordinate with Cluster Manager and Operations HUB - Ensure minimal customer complaints and adhere to agreed TATs - Maintain 15-month persistency and follow up with customers - Coordinate with Cluster Training Manager for staff training - Activate branch banking sellers and achieve activation targets - Utilize LMS for tracking mechanisms and follow-up calls Qualifications Required: - Graduate in any discipline from a UGC/AICTE approved College and University - 1 to 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the insurance sector - Experience in life insurance sales management, retail bank distribution, channel management, and/or DSA relationship Additional Company Details: The company values caring, collaboration, customer obsession, and growth mindset.
