Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Manager-Bancassurance-HDFC at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance. The role is based on-site in Gandhidham. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing sales through bancassurance channels. Key tasks include building and maintaining relationships with bank partners, driving sales targets, conducting regular sales meetings, training bank staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales and Relationship Management
• Knowledge of Insurance Products, especially bancassurance
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the insurance or financial sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Local market knowledge in Gandhidham is beneficial
