Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager (B2B Sales) located in Jaipur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding our B2B sales operations. Day-to-day tasks include developing and nurturing client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and contributing to sales strategies. This role involves coordinating with the marketing team to align sales efforts and attending trade shows and industry events to represent Kalajee Jewellery.


Qualifications

  • Strong experience in B2B Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Strategy
  • Proven track record in the jewellery or luxury goods industry
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Sales Forecasting, Market Research, and Competitor Analysis
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel as required
