Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy Sales Manager – AV Solutions to drive business development across Delhi-NCR and key cities. This role is ideal for target-driven MBA graduates who enjoy customer meetings, technology demos, and channel development.

Key Responsibilities

Identify & acquire new B2B customers in Corporate, Education, Government & Hospitality segments
Develop & manage channel partners (Dealers/System Integrators)Conduct product demos for PTZ Cameras, DSPs & AV-IP devicesAchieve monthly & quarterly revenue targetsMaintain strong client relationships & follow-up rigorouslyTrack competitor activity & market demand trendsRepresent Aniston at exhibitions, seminars & AV roadshows

Requirements

• MBA in Marketing/Sales (Freshers or up to 5 years exp.)
• Strong communication & customer-handling skills
• Confidence in field sales, meetings & presentations
• Basic understanding of AV/IT products (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
• Willing to travel across Delhi-NCR (and outstation when required)

Preferred (Bonus)

• Internship or work experience in AV / IT / Electronics sales
• Knowledge of government tender process
• Network with AV channel partners/system integrators
• Quick learner with technical curiosity

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,194.65 - ₹40,316.19 per month
