Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager at our company, your role will involve leading sales teams to achieve sales targets. You will be responsible for hiring and training team members, setting quotas, evaluating performance, and developing processes to drive sales. Additionally, you will be expected to travel as part of your duties. Key Responsibilities: - Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings - Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them - Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives - Achieve company objectives by thorough planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts Qualifications: - Any Graduate - 8 to 10 years of experience in the Automobile Industry - Good Communication Skills - Knowledge of features, benefits, and advantages of own and competition products - Knowledge of financing options available, generate quotation based on prevalent schemes, documentation required, and timelines - Knowledge of all value-added services associated with the product - Knowledge of events in the calendar year which have a high impact on sales - Knowledge of product demonstration and objection handling - 4 wheeler commercial vehicle driving license is preferred In addition to the above, the company is looking for someone who can design and implement a strategic sales plan to expand the company's customer base and ensure a strong presence. You will also be responsible for managing recruiting, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives. Please note that the job location is in Uttar Pradesh (Agra Firozabad) with a salary budget ranging from 3,00,000 to 4,00,000 lpa.
