Job Description: Marketing Manager Dhanbad

Core Responsibilities

• Admission Target:

  Drive a minimum of 200 student admissions from Dhanbad and surrounding areas.

• Stakeholder Relationship:

  Develop strong PR and relationships with school principals, teachers, coordinators, educational consultants and other key stakeholders.

• Field Marketing:

  Conduct regular school visits, seminars, career counselling sessions and student outreach activities.

• Lead Conversion:

  Personally handle admission counselling calls, follow-ups and home visits to convert prospective students into admissions.

• Conversion Efficiency:

  Maintain a minimum lead-to-enrolment conversion rate of 4%.

• Market Development:

  Strengthen Arka Jain University's presence in Dhanbad through local networking, outreach and promotional activities.

• Target Monitoring:

  Track leads, follow-ups, applications and enrolments regularly to ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 3–6 years of experience in education marketing or admissions.
• Strong communication, networking and relationship-management skills.
• Proven ability to achieve admission targets and convert leads into enrolments.
• Willingness to work in the field, make counselling calls and conduct home visits.
