Sales Manager Architect & Builder Relations

Job Description: As a Sales Executive based in Panchkula, you will be responsible for revenue generation by achieving sales targets in terms of volume and value as per the budget. Your role will involve engaging with Corporate, Influencers, and Project Dealers to understand their product needs. Additionally, you will be required to conduct detailed product testing and monitor market trends and unmet needs by interacting with contractors and end consumer panels. It will be your responsibility to address recurring complaints effectively and gather information on competitors" activities in the region. Furthermore, you will organize and conduct meetings with architects, builders, and contractors to promote our products. We are looking for a male candidate with experience working in the North Zone and a strong background in project sales related to products such as Paint, Cement, Wall putty, Elevators, Tiles, Electrical Fittings, Glass, Doors, Construction Chemicals, Pipes, and Modular Kitchen Devices. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Construction Chemicals, epoxy, Waterproofing, Adhesives, or related fields. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant work experience. The work location will be in person in Panchkula.
