Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and 12-14 years experienced IT Sales Manager to lead our IT sales initiatives, drive client acquisition, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of IT products (Preferably in Insurance, E-HR, CRM, etc...) and services, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals in a competitive landscape. This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for an Information Technology Sales Manager at Tech Anand Rathi - ARIT. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and providing sales reports to senior management. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for IT products and solutions. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets. Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed sales quotas. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new technologies. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth on-boarding and implementation. Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports (DSR, WSR, Sales Funnel, etc) for higher management. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the companys offerings. Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns tailored for target audiences. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (MBA in Sales preferred). Proven experience in IT sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and solutions (e.g., software, hardware, cloud services, cyber security). Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to understand technical concepts and convey value propositions effectively. Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics. Leadership qualities and team management skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented. Preferred Certifications: Certified IT Sales Professional (Preferred). Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Cloud, Security and Networking) are a plus.
