Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities with OEM's, Tier-1 suppliers, and distributors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Prepare and deliver technical & commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Collaborate with the product development and production teams to meet customer requirements.
Drive sales targets and ensure timely collection of payments.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and market developments to management.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements within company guidelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Engineering Or Diploma in Engineering.
Minimum 8+ years of experience in sales & marketing in any manufacturing sector.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to analyze market trends, data, and customer insights to drive decisions.
