• Identify and develop new business opportunities for air compressors and industrial pumps.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, after-sales service, and customer satisfaction.
• Regularly report sales activities, pipeline status, and market updates to management.
• Travel to client locations as required for business development.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of sales in industrial products / capital equipment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
