• Counsel students and parents who receive offers
• Effectively communicate the value proposition and unique features of the company
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and internal stakeholders.
• Meet and exceed enrollment targets through individual ownership.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the admissions journey.
• 8–15 years of experience in sales, counseling, admissions, or a related field (education or ed-tech preferred).
• Proven track record of success in admissions, counseling, or consultative sales roles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience as Director or VP – Sales, Admissions, or Counseling in a reputed institution.
• Familiarity with undergraduate admissions and parent-student engagement.
