Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Drive Residential Sales & Achieve Targets

    Manage the complete sales cycle including lead handling, site visits, negotiations, and closures for luxury residential projects.
  • Client Relationship Management

    Build strong relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, ensure personalized engagement, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination

    Work closely with marketing, CRM, finance, and project teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and provide market insights.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis

    Track market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to support strategic planning.
  • Documentation & Compliance

    – Oversee accurate completion of sales agreements, registration processes, and compliance requirements in coordination with legal/CRM teams.
  • Skills & Requirements

    – Proven sales experience, strong communication/negotiation skills, proficiency in MS Office, leadership ability, and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in luxury residential projects.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing end-to-end sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage HNI/UHNI clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Presentable, confident, and well-versed with market trends and competitor landscape.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, customer-centric approach, and effective team collaboration skills.
