Sales Manager (Hunting Role)

Key Responsibilities

New Business Acquisition

Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities within the target market.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles including research, first outreach, product demos, pitching, solution alignment, and deal closure.
Present Loyalty/Rewards/SaaS products
in a consultative manner to address client needs and business challenges.

Sales Planning & Preparation

Conduct in-depth pre-call research and create compelling sales decks tailored to each prospect.
Build, maintain, and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads with accurate forecasting.

Client & Internal Coordination

Work collaboratively with internal teamsproduct, marketing, customer success, and operationsto support complex opportunities.
Ensure seamless handover of new clients for deployment and ongoing relationship management.

Communication & Operational Excellence

Engage confidently with CXOs, decision-makers, and senior stakeholders.
Work flexibly across time zones or shifts as required to engage global prospects.
Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills at all stages of the sales process.

Entrepreneurial drive and comfort working in small, agile teams.
