Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of 5-10 sales executives (telecallers / field BDMs / counsellors).
Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets and ensure achievement of team KPIs.
Train, coach, and support team members in improving sales performance and product knowledge.
Monitor individual and team performance via dashboards and reports.
Conduct regular reviews, feedback sessions, and motivational huddles.

Sales Strategy & Execution

Drive revenue through B2C/B2B sales, depending on product focus (K-12, test prep, higher ed, etc.).
Plan and execute strategies to improve lead conversion and customer retention.
Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align campaigns and support sales funnels.
Handle escalated client concerns and key negotiations as needed.

Reporting & Analytics

Track and report sales metrics including lead funnel status, conversions, and performance gaps.
Maintain data accuracy in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
Share insights and feedback with leadership to optimize processes and products.

Key Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
4-8 years of sales experience, preferably in EdTech / SaaS / Education industry.
Minimum 1-2 years experience in managing or mentoring a sales team.
Strong knowledge of sales principles, customer service practices, and target orientation.
Proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Excel/Google Sheets reporting.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Note: 2 wheeler & Laptop is mandatory for this role
