Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 5-10 sales executives (telecallers / field BDMs / counsellors).
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets and ensure achievement of team KPIs.
  • Train, coach, and support team members in improving sales performance and product knowledge.
  • Monitor individual and team performance via dashboards and reports.
  • Conduct regular reviews, feedback sessions, and motivational huddles.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Drive revenue through B2C/B2B sales, depending on product focus (K-12, test prep, higher ed, etc.).
  • Plan and execute strategies to improve lead conversion and customer retention.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align campaigns and support sales funnels.
  • Handle escalated client concerns and key negotiations as needed.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track and report sales metrics including lead funnel status, conversions, and performance gaps.
  • Maintain data accuracy in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
  • Share insights and feedback with leadership to optimize processes and products.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4-8 years of sales experience, preferably in EdTech / SaaS / Education industry.
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in managing or mentoring a sales team.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, customer service practices, and target orientation.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Excel/Google Sheets reporting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Note: 2 wheeler & Laptop is mandatory for this role
