Job Description

You are a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager (IT) responsible for leading client acquisition and relationship management for SaaS products, AI solutions, and custom software development services. Your role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in AI, SaaS, and custom software domains. You will generate qualified leads through outbound efforts and inbound channels, understand client needs, and pitch tailored IT solutions. Collaboration with pre-sales, tech, and product teams is essential to prepare proposals, demos, and solution documents. Maintaining a strong sales pipeline via CRM tools and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders are key aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, staying updated with industry trends and achieving sales targets are crucial for success. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in B2B IT sales or business development, with a background in selling SaaS products, AI-based solutions, or custom software development services. A solid understanding of the software development life cycle, AI/ML fundamentals, and cloud technologies is required. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client presentation skills are necessary, along with the ability to work independently and manage multiple deals simultaneously. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales outreach platforms is expected, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred (MBA is a plus). If you have prior experience working with startups or IT consulting firms, an understanding of data analytics, MLOps, or automation tools, and exposure to global markets, it would be advantageous.
