Sales Lead

As a Sales Lead, your primary responsibility will be to drive the sales process and outcomes on a dedicated basis. You will focus on growing a profitable pipeline and/or backlog of sales through deal origination, sales negotiations, and closure. Leading the sales team and ensuring successful sales outcomes will be crucial in this role. You are expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep knowledge and experience in sales. Your influencing and advisory skills will play a key role in team decisions and engaging with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems that apply across various teams and mentoring the sales team to achieve targets will be part of your daily responsibilities. Developing and implementing strategic sales plans, analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships will be essential in this role. Proficiency in Account Management is a must-have skill, along with strong negotiation and communication skills. Experience in managing complex sales processes and knowledge of sales forecasting and budgeting will be beneficial. Experience in CRM software and familiarity with sales forecasting and budgeting are good-to-have skills for this position. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Account Management and possess a 15 years full-time education. This position is based at our Pune office.,
