EKO is India's first sustainable, zero-plastic grocery delivery platform. We are scaling our dark store network across multiple locations and are onboarding franchise partners who believe in conscious commerce and scalable business models.

Franchise Sales & Investment Lead

Ideal Candidate Profile (Who Should Apply)

The ideal candidate is someone who has experience in:

  • Franchise sales
  • B2B sales
  • Investment consulting
  • Real estate sales
  • High-ticket product sales
  • Business development for startups

Someone who is:

  • Confident while pitching business models
  • Skilled at closing high-value deals
  • Persistent, target-driven, and structured
  • Comfortable attending in-person meetings across Hyderabad
  • Startup-friendly and able to work independently

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead Generation

  • Identify, qualify, and generate leads interested in taking EKO franchise stores.
  • Use channels like LinkedIn, JustDial, franchise portals, events, and networking groups.
  • Build and maintain a strong investor/franchise pipeline.

Pitching & Deal Closing

  • Present EKO's franchise model clearly and confidently to potential investors.
  • Conduct meetings, discovery calls, and investor walkthroughs.
  • Solve investor queries regarding ROI, payback period, operations, and financials.
  • Negotiate terms and close franchise sales deals.
  • Coordinate with the leadership team for final onboarding.

Relationship Management

  • Maintain long-term relations with potential franchise partners.
  • Update CRM and track funnel metrics.
  • Ensure smooth communication during onboarding.

Market Research

  • Identify franchise expansion opportunities in new areas.
  • Understand competitor franchise models and market benchmarks.

Requirements

  • 14 years experience in franchise sales / B2B sales / investment sales / real estate sales.
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • High confidence in pitching business models.
  • Ability to close high-ticket deals (?1525 lakh range).
  • Comfortable with a performance-driven work culture.
  • Ability to travel locally for meetings.

Salary & Benefits

  • Fixed Salary:

    ?20,00035,000/month (Based on experience)
  • Performance Incentives:

    Up to ?25,00075,000 per deal closed
  • Growth Path:

    Can grow into Franchise Head / Expansion Manager
