Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Intern to join our team for a 6-month full-time internship. The role involves presales activities, lead generation, and client interaction. Candidates who perform well during the internship will be considered for a full-time role with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads through telecalling, sending emails, and other outreach activities.
• Assist in identifying and qualifying potential clients across various industries.
• Conduct first-level meetings with prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
• Maintain and update lead databases and CRM tools.
• Supporting in preparing proposals and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and follow-ups.
• Report daily progress and insights directly to the Director.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English, Tamil, and Hindi.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• A go-getter attitude with a passion for sales and client interaction.
• Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Quick learner with adaptability to new tools, processes, and client segments.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email communication, CRM familiarity preferred).

• Stipend/Compensation: As per company standards
• Future Opportunity: Candidates demonstrating strong performance and commitment will be absorbed into a full-time role upon successful completion of the internship.
