Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Telecallers to join our team, working with a prestigious real estate project in Padappai. The primary responsibility will be to connect with given leads, pitch real estate projects, followup and schedule site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Outreach:
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients based on provided leads.
• Provide detailed information about real estate projects, including location, amenities, and pricing.
• Lead Qualification:
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM/database.
• Appointment Scheduling:
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for client engagement.
• Ensure timely follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed visits.
• Target Achievement:
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets as defined by the management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Any Graduation or equivalent.
• Experience:
• Prior experience in real estate telecalling or customer service is preferred.
• Communication Skills:
• Fluent in Tamil and English with verbal and writing skills.
• Technical Skills:
• Basic knowledge of Computer, Google Sheets
• Interpersonal Skills:
• Confidence and ability to handle objections.
• Other Requirements:
• Must be proactive, punctual, and have a positive attitude.

Work Hours:
9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Sunday, weekly off will be discussed directly).
