Site Operations Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Operations Executive to efficiently manage daily site operations. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, possess strong communication skills, and have a solid understanding of real estate operations. This role involves managing leads, coordinating with sales teams, handling client visits, and maintaining CRM data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign leads to Sales Managers in a round-robin format to ensure fair distribution.
• Manage and update CRM with accurate client and lead details.
• Greet and assist visiting clients at the site, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
• Capture client information and update records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a structured follow-up system for client interactions.
• Handle administrative and operational tasks related to site management.

Requirements:

• Experience in real estate operations or sales coordination is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• A strong mentality and problem-solving attitude.

Work Location:

• Ponmar (Till Mid-March 2025)
• Padappai (From Mid-March 2025)
