Job Description

1. Generate leads and make cold calls to prospective customers for appointment 2. Meet customers give presentation about our product services 3. Prepare and submit proposal for new business opportunities 4. Prepare contract agreement, review and sign-off with customers 5. Collaborate with operations, finance department and fulfil customer needs 6. Build long term business relationships with client leaders and decision makers. Desired Candidate Profile: 1. Passion for Sales, minimum 1 years of sales experience 2. Strong knowledge in MS office 3653. Knowledge in Facility Management industry 4. Good communication negotiation skills 5. Willing to travel (~25% travel is required)
