Sales Intern

As a Reservation Sales Associate at ArtBuzz Hostels, your primary responsibility will be handling incoming reservation calls and inquiries. You will be expected to effectively convert booking leads into confirmed reservations by providing accurate information about our hostel offerings and services. Maintaining and updating booking records will also be a key part of your role. In addition to the above, you will be required to build relationships with potential guests, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the booking process and their stay. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (proficiency in other languages is a bonus) will play a crucial role in achieving this. We are looking for individuals with a proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a basic understanding of sales principles. If you do not have prior experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service, but have the willingness to learn, we still encourage you to apply.
