We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Certification Service Advisor to serve as a key point of contact for clients seeking information and support related to certification services.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy client interaction, relationship management, and delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Report daily progress and activities to the Team Leader.

Maintain accurate records of customer details, call logs, and interactions in the CRM/database.

Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and timely responses.Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Handle and resolve customer queries effectively and professionally.

Schedule client appointments with the marketing or consulting team when required.

Skills & Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong convincing and persuasion abilities.

Ability to confidently present company information and explain services to clients.

Good understanding of customer handling and relationship management.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Basic to intermediate computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).

Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
