Job Title: Sales HR Location: Medicover Hospitals Corporate Office, Hyderabad Experience: 3 - 5 years Industry: Healthcare / Hospitals / Sales HR Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred (Maximum 15 days) Job Summary: Medicover Hospitals is seeking an experienced Sales HR (Generalist) professional to oversee HR operations and employee lifecycle management for our field sales teams across Telangana, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and North Eastern states. This role is 70% generalist HR and 30% talent acquisition, ensuring smooth HR processes and employee engagement while managing bulk hiring needs. The position is based at our corporate office in Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities: HR Generalist (70%) Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations: Oversee the on boarding and induction process for new field sales employees, ensuring a seamless transition. Manage employee records, payroll coordination, and attendance tracking for sales teams. Handle HR compliance and ensure adherence to labour laws across different states. Drive performance management initiatives, including goal setting, appraisals, and career development programs. Employee Engagement & Retention: Implement employee engagement programs to improve morale and productivity among field sales teams. Conduct exit interviews and attrition analysis to develop retention strategies. Address employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions effectively. Collaborate with sales managers to enhance team motivation and HR support in the field. Training & Development: Identify training needs for field sales teams and coordinate learning & development programs. Organize HR policies and compliance training to keep employees informed about organizational standards. Talent Acquisition (30%) Recruitment & Bulk Hiring: Manage end-to-end hiring for field sales roles, ensuring timely recruitment. Develop and execute bulk hiring strategies through job portals, referrals, and vendor partnerships. Build a strong talent pipeline to meet sales expansion needs. Conduct interviews, salary negotiations, and on boarding coordination. Key Requirements: 3 - 5 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in sales HR (Healthcare, Pharma, BFSI, or FMCG preferred). Strong expertise in employee engagement, performance management, and HR compliance. Experience in bulk hiring and field sales recruitment is an advantage. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multi-state HR operations.
