Sales Head/Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance market presence.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and leverage data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Achieve order booking targets and drive repeat business from existing customers.
• Gather and analyze market intelligence to inform business strategies.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and industry verticals.
• Lead negotiations for small, medium, and large-scale projects, ensuring optimal profitability.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
• Prepare and present periodic sales performance reports to senior management.
• Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education:

  Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering with an MBA in Sales & Marketing.

• Experience:

  7+ years of sales experience in the engineering industry, specifically in conveyor systems or automation solutions.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sales, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Proven expertise in closing deals and achieving targets.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

Additional Requirements:

• Candidates residing nearby or willing to commute daily to Vashi (Work from Office).
