Sales Head

We are seeking candidates with 7+ years of experience in Sales. As a Sales Head, you will have a pivotal role in driving our Go-to-Market (GTM) team towards surpassing revenue targets. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing enablement programs to equip the sales, partner, and customer success teams with the necessary skills and tools for success. You will be leading, motivating, and managing a sales team, offering guidance, training, and support. Additionally, your role will involve negotiating and finalizing sales agreements to ensure profitable deals for the company, as well as nurturing relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders. Monitoring sales performance metrics, preparing reports for senior management, projecting annual plans, and managing operating budgets will also be part of your duties. You will act as the liaison for external partnerships and represent the company in peer group forums and business associations. Keeping updated on market trends, maintaining product knowledge, and envisioning long-term benefit programs are crucial aspects of this role.
