Sales Head India (Pump Sales exp is must)

JOB PURPOSE/MANDATE

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Head. The candidate should have a proven track record of achieving Sales targets and building relationships with key accounts.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Business Head for Pump Division, with pan-India responsibility to expand the business.

2. Driving Sales as per the business plan

3. Coaching the Sales team and providing leadership towards responsible growth (the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company culture and values).

4. Establishing Business plans to expand the customer base in the assigned territory, to gain market share.

5. Execution and continuous monitoring of an action plan for both self and the team to effectively search for business opportunities.

6. Initiating and coordinating the development of action plans to penetrate new markets.

7. Assisting in the deployment and implementation of marketing plans.

8. Conducting regular one-on-one reviews with all team members to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Sales and activity performance

9. Providing timely feedback to/from the team and keeping senior management updated regarding performance/behaviour KPIs.

10. Need to visit the HO for 4-5 days a month

3. Willingness to travel extensively

5. Bringing up innovative ideas and implementing them at the right time
