Job Description

Sales Head of Turnkey Dairy Equipment & Cheese Processing LinesLocation: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Drive end-to-end sales of paneer lines, cheese processing equipment, curd systems, and dairy moulds.
Build, manage, and mentor a dedicated sales team.
Manage the entire sales cycle from client inquiry to final order execution.
Represent the organization at trade fairs, expos, and industry events.
Collaborate with top leadership to scale, structure, and optimize the sales function.
Establish and manage strong client relationships across key accounts.
Provide technical insights and product knowledge to customers during the sales process.

Key Requirements

Minimum 12 years of experience in B2B sales within the dairy, food processing, or industrial machinery sectors.
Proven experience in selling capital equipment or turnkey processing projects.
Background in structured sales environments delivering end-to-end plant solutions.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage high-performance sales teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Technical understanding of dairy/food equipment and processing lines.
Willingness to travel frequently for client visits and trade shows.

Compensation
