Job Title: Sales Head – Real Estate (Apartments, Township & Commercial)

Location: Patna, Bihar
Qualification: Graduate (MBA preferred)
Minimum Age: 35+
Experience: 10–15 years in real estate sales
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Monthly CTC - ₹50,000 – ₹60,000/month

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage sales team across multiple real estate verticals
• Drive sales strategy for apartments, townships & commercial properties
• Build strong broker/channel partner networks
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and project teams
• Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets

Requirements:

• 10–15 years of relevant real estate sales experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation & closing abilities
• Proven track record in residential and commercial real estate sales
• Graduation/MBA preferred
