Executive Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned leader to take full ownership of our Rajkot Branch. As the Branch Head, you will not only be responsible for closing high-value deals but also for the overall growth and revenue health of the region. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, deep solar industry expertise, and a lead-from-the-front approach to field operations and industrial factory engagements.

Core Responsibilities :

  • P&L & Revenue Leadership: Drive the total revenue growth for the Rajkot/Saurashtra region. You are responsible for the branch's profitability and meeting annual sales targets.

  • High-Value Deal Closing: Personally lead negotiations for large-scale Industrial & Commercial (C&I) projects. You will be the primary closer for strategic accounts.

  • Field Strategy: Direct and participate in site visits to factories and industrial plants to build rapport with owners and C-suite executives.

  • Market Positioning: Develop a local market strategy to outperform competitors in the Rajkot industrial belts (GIDC, Metoda, Shapar, etc.).

  • Relationship Management: Act as the senior point of contact for key industrial consultants, EPC partners, and government bodies.

  • Branch Oversight: Manage local branch operations and ensure a high conversion rate from the initial site survey to the final commissioning of the project.

The Ideal Profile :

  • Experience: 712 years of experience in Sales/Business Development, with at least 4+ years specifically in the Solar industry at a senior level.

  • Closing Track Record: Proven history of closing multi-kilowatt (kW) or megawatt (MW) scale industrial solar projects.

  • Network: An existing strong network among factory owners and industrial associations in the Saurashtra region.

  • Technical Authority: Comprehensive understanding of Solar PV systems, net-metering policies in Gujarat, and financial modeling (ROI/Payback periods).

  • Leadership: Ability to represent the company independently and make high-level decisions regarding pricing and project feasibility.

  • Locals candidates only.
