Sales Head

Job Title: Sales Head - Security Services

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Sales Head to lead our manpower/security services sales team in Bangalore Karnataka zone. You'll develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth, build strong customer relationships, and expand our market presence in different line like government or private sector, hospital, Malls, Schools, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets

2. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals

3. Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners

4. Identify new business opportunities and pursue strategic partnerships

5. Collaborate with operations and product teams to ensure seamless delivery

6. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead

Requirements:

1. Proven sales leadership experience in security services or related industry

2. Strong understanding of security services/ manpower service/housekeeping service & market trends

3. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

4. Ability to drive sales growth and team performance
