Job Description

Sales Head (AGM) - Fire Detection/Suppression, Electronic Security & IBMS We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head - AGM with a minimum of 10 years of proven success in the Fire Detection/Suppression, Electronic Security, and Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets in the designated region. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy and Planning Develop and execute effective sales strategies to exceed regional sales targets. Work closely with end clients, MEP Consultants, PMCs, Government accounts, turnkey contractors, and OEMs. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. 2. Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. 3. Product Knowledge Possess in-depth knowledge of Fire Detection/Suppression systems, Electronic Security solutions, and IBMS. Stay updated on industry trends and new product advancements. 4. Team Leadership Motivate the team to achieve individual and collective sales milestones. Provide guidance, training, and support to internal teams and partners. 5. Client Engagement Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions for clients. Address client inquiries and enhance customer satisfaction. 6. Reporting and Analysis Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis. Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics. 7. Collaboration Work closely with pre-sales, marketing, product development, projects, purchase, accounts, operations, and customer support teams. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of sales experience in Fire Detection/Suppression, Electronic Security, and IBMS. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Willingness to travel across the country.
