Sales Force Effectiveness

Role Overview: You will be responsible for conducting business potential analysis, managing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), tracking top hospitals and business market trends, and implementing marketing campaigns and strategies. Your role will involve coordinating with the field force and managers to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze business potential and manage KOLs effectively - Track market size, share, and performance of top hospitals and areas - Execute marketing campaigns and strategies in collaboration with the field force and managers - Meet with a prescribed number of doctors along with the field force - Coordinate the distribution of promotional material between the field force and Product Management Team (PMT) - Facilitate communication between the field force, managers, and PMT at the Head Office for activity proposals - Address queries related to brands by coordinating with the field force and the Medical Department/PMT at the Head Office - Monitor the return on investment (ROI) of promotional activities and report to the District Sales Manager (DSM) and PMT - Conduct market surveys based on PMT guidelines - Track competition activities and provide feedback to PMT and DSM - Ensure timely induction and training of the field force - Submit reports, activity strategies, and feedback promptly - Ensure compliance with Codes of Conduct (COC) and HR policies Qualifications Required: - Expertise in business potential analysis and KOL management - Strong analytical skills for tracking market trends and competition - Effective communication and coordination abilities - Understanding of marketing principles and campaign execution - Prior experience in pharmaceutical marketing or a related field is preferred Please note that no additional details about the company were provided in the job description.,
