AGM / DGM (Electrical ) Mines Cement

As an AGM/DGM (Electrical) Mines for an Integrated Cement Plant, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical operations related to mining activities. Your qualifications should include a B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 12 to 18 years of experience in mining, preferably in a large-scale industry like cement. Additionally, you must hold an Electrical Supervisor License (Mining). Key Responsibilities: - Communicate and liaise with various stakeholders such as Mines Electrical, local DISCOM, DGMS, and CEIG. - Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot electrical equipment to minimize downtime. - Plan, prioritize, and schedule shutdown jobs effectively. - Coordinate Group, IMS, and Safety audits. - Utilize in-depth knowledge of SAP system Maintenance Module. - Prepare scope sheets for routine services, coordinate with purchasers for PO and billing. - Manage Department Budgeting, RCFA, and contractor management. - Maintain and troubleshoot 132KV and 33KV Switchyard installations, as well as overhead lines. - Perform maintenance on 6.6KV High voltage switch board VCB HT Circuit Breakers and control panels. - Troubleshoot and maintain PCC(MV&LV) & MCC systems from manufacturers like ABB, L&T, Siemens. - Expertise in LT feeder maintenance and troubleshooting. - Overhaul LT and HT motors when necessary. - Conduct maintenance and troubleshooting on Distribution/Converter duty transformers at 6.6KV levels. - Demonstrate effective communication skills with stakeholders to handle emergencies. - Prepare and interpret electrical specifications, diagrams, and control circuits. - Manage assigned work efficiently within deadlines. - Proficient in using computers for office applications. - Implement plant safety systems such as LOTOTO, HIRA, PTW, etc. Qualifications Required: - B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering - 12 to 18 years of experience in mining, preferably in the cement industry - Holding an Electrical Supervisor License (Mining),
