Job Description

Partner with Business Leaders to drive the financial plan for the Product BU.
Drive the month end close process to ensure accuracy of the books of account.
Maintain strong cross functional engagement to ensure that the Product BUs deliver key metrics in the financial plan.
Develop strong understanding of the multiple financial systems including Anaplan, EAP, EGI and S4 GL.
Provide analysis to the Lead Analyst/ Finance & BU Management on the key financial metrics to enable decision making.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and HPE Internal financial policies to ensure a compliant framework.
Partner with Controllership/ Tax to support local legal compliance/ reporting requirements.
Analyze financial data via strong excel skills and provide input on key trends in the underlying data
Partner with WW GBU Finance stakeholders to resolve any open issues impacting Geo P&L.
Support WW reviews by preparing decks with key financial information.

What you need to bring:

Education and Experience Required:

First-level university degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CA or MBA (Finance) preferred.
Typically 6+ years of progressive experience in Business Finance, Controllership, Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting
