Role Description

This full-time, on-site Sales Expert role is based in Thane. The Sales Expert will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and promoting the company's orthotics and prosthetics solutions. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the product range, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role also involves meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills
• Expertise in Retail Sales and Sales operations
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
