Role Overview: As a Sales Support for the Experience Transformation (XT) Consulting practice at our Pune office, you will work closely with XT seller-practitioners to shape impactful experiences through insights and innovation. Your role will involve consulting with clients to articulate a clear vision, establish strong relationships, and collaborate with other XT practitioners for successful digital transformations. Key Responsibilities: - Craft and deliver effective proposals, including POVs, case studies, and Art of the Possible concepts to demonstrate a differentiated approach - Act as a trusted advisor for clients and Persistent sales and delivery leaders to influence XT revenue growth - Forge internal networks to optimize go-to-market strategy with a design and innovation lens - Understand competitive landscapes to develop impactful marketing and sales strategies - Bring expertise in digital strategy, UX/HCD/design thinking, concept development, and leadership in a technology-focused environment - Support successful revenue growth in digital and user experience transformation - Inspire teams and engage executive stakeholders with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills - Utilize current and emerging digital technologies to solve complex business challenges - Have knowledge of process automation tools and technologies Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in digital strategy, UX/HCD/design thinking, user experience transformation, concept development, and leadership in a technology-focused environment - Background in consulting with a track record of supporting successful revenue growth in digital and user experience transformation - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills - Deep understanding of current and emerging digital technologies - Experience in the IT services industry - Knowledge of process automation tools and technologies Company Details: Persistent Ltd. is committed to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
