As the Principal Sales Support for the Experience Transformation (XT) Consulting practice at our Pune office, you will work closely with XT seller-practitioners to drive impactful experiences through insights and innovation. Your primary responsibility will be to consult with clients, helping to articulate a clear and compelling vision, establish strong relationships, and collaborate with other XT practitioners to guide clients through successful digital transformations. Deep expertise in current and emerging digital technologies, particularly in solving complex business challenges, is crucial. Knowledge of process automation tools and technologies, as well as domain expertise in BFSI, Healthcare, and/or Salesforce, would be advantageous.
